CHOCOLATE-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts; optional

In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. In small bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Stir until well blended. Carefully fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8- 10 minutes. Cool on poor man's cooling rack, yesterday's newspaper. Makes approximately 3 dozen.
