CHOCOLATE TUNNEL CAKE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 lg. egg yolks
Confectioners sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 lg. eggs
Cocoa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Treat 10 inch tube pan. In small mixer bowl at medium speed cream cheese, egg yolks, 1/4 cup confectioners sugar until smooth, set aside. In large bowl put flour, sugar, salad oil, baking soda, salt, vanilla, eggs, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup cocoa. Mix at low speed just until mixed. Increase to medium, scrape often, 1 minute.

Pour cake batter into pre-treated pan. Evenly spoon cream cheese mixture in center of cake batter to form ring.

Bake cake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. While baking cream cheese ring will form a tunnel throughout cake. Cake may have crack in top.
