MAGIC TUNNEL OF FUN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
12 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small bowl, using an electric beater, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Set aside.

Prepare cake according to package directions, fold in mini morsels. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan. Evenly cover with the cream cheese mixture.

Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45-55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 25 minutes, then remove from Bundt pan. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
