FAST YEAST BREAD 
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. luke warm water

Dissolve yeast in water (in large bowl); add salt, sugar and egg. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes. Add enough flour until mixture is doughy and sticky. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Knead and shape into 2 long rolls. Place on cookie sheet. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake for 50 minutes or until brown at 350 degrees.
