Super easy and delicious; I'm going to try making it with part whole wheat and some flax to add nutrition but loved this recipe.

I have baked a lot of bread recipes and this is by far my favorite! It is super fast, requires no kneading and only 30 minutes rising. It has a wonderful slightly chewy texture with a nice crunchy top. This will be my new "go to" bread recipe.

This is a quick and easy recipe that requires no kneading. I let it rise for one hour before baking. I also use half wheat and half bread flour. It is delicious and the only one I now use to make my bread.

Super easy and fast. I used "rapid rise" yeast because that's what I had on hand, but followed the recipe times for rising and baking and it turned out well. I also took other commenters' advice and used 1 cup whole wheat flour. The loaf had a soft texture inside and a crispy crust. Delicious!
