SPINACH SALAD WITH HOT BACON
DRESSING
 
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
5 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of paprika

Place spinach in large salad bowl and set aside. Cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp. Add onions and mushrooms, saute until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over spinach and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
