STIR FRY BEEF WITH SCALLIONS 
3/4 lb. lean beef
3 scallions
Soy sauce (about 5 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
Ginger
Oil

Cut beef into slices. Roll, cut the scallions into sections. Set a pan on high heat and add oil. When it begins to smoke, drop beef and scallions and stir fry. Add soy sauce and wine. Stir fry until meat is done. Add (MSG optional) sesame oil. Transfer to dish and serve immediately.
