FRIED SLAW 
3-4 tbsp. Puritan oil
1 head cabbage
1/4 c. water, approx.

Shred cabbage as if making slaw. Heat oil in skillet. Add slaw. Add water to keep from burning, cover. I add a little sugar, salt and pepper.

Variations: Add shredded carrot or onion, crushed red pepper. Add thinly sliced beef browned or thinly sliced chicken for a full meal.
