Leftover mashed potatoes (enough for 6) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles 3 med. onions, chopped 1/2 lb. butter 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12x12 inch baking dish with coating spray. Cook noodles for 8 minutes in salted water and drain. Saute onions in butter. Melt cheese in potatoes. Layer potatoes in dish first, then add wide noodles and top with sauteed onions and butter. Bake for 15 minutes and cut into squares and serve. |
