CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 lb. can chunk pineapple
2 c. granulated sugar
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. white raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. all spice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts

Drain pineapple and add juice to sugar, cranberries, raisings, cinnamon, ginger, all spice and salt. Cook over low heat to boil. Then simmer 25 minutes. Add nuts and pineapple. Refirgerate.
