RHUBARB CRUMB PIE 
1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour

Mix sugar and flour and then mix lightly through rhubarb and cinnamon. Pour into unbaked pastry shell and dot with butter.

Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on the pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
