SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 stick butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour into greased dish and bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Take out and add topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Should be brown.
