SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed (canned, drained works as well)
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Blend all of the above well with mixer.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. dark brown sugar

Mix all together. Pour casserole mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 inch casserole. Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly set, remove from oven. Spread nut mixture on top, return to oven, cook 10 minutes more until well set.
