PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. raw rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lg. can tomato soup
1/2 soup can of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first 5 ingredients; make into balls. Place in casserole. Pour tomato soup and water over meatballs. Season; cover casserole. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
