CHICKEN LIVERS 
10 chicken livers (or more as needed) cut in half

Season with salt and paprika. Saute livers in 1 tablespoon melted butter for 1 minute. Turn while cooking. Wrap each liver in thin slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with toothpicks. Broil the livers until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towel and serve hot on toothpick.
