CHOPPED LIVER #1 
1 lb. chicken livers
2 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. water

Broil liver about 10 minutes, turning once. Cool. Grind liver and egg together. Boil onion soup, oil, and water gently for 5 minutes. Add to liver mixture. Liver should be moist enough to hold together. Serves 8.
