PORK CHOP LUXEMBERG 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 med. can sauerkraut
2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. dry white wine
6 pork chops
1/4 tsp. paprika
Pepper

Cut bacon in small pieces. Fry until crisp, drain and set aside. Brown pork chops.

Mix applesauce, sauerkraut, brown sugar, mustard and wine together. Pour into casserole. Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with paprika and fresh ground pepper. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes.
