PORK CHOP SURPRISE 
4 to 6 loin cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 lg. jar sauerkraut
1 lg. green pepper, cored, seeded, and sliced in ringslg. onion, sliced in rings
2 to 3 tomatoes

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Lay on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover with 1/2 of sauerkraut, then layer green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and finish top layer with remaining sauerkraut. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
