CARY'S PIG CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork loin chops (med. cut)
1 (12 oz.) jar sauerkraut
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. applesauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain and rinse sauerkraut with water. Cover bottom of a roasting pan with kraut. Place pork chops on top of sauerkraut. Generously coat the tops of the chops with the applesauce. Sprinkle chops with cinnamon. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot.

To complete the dinner Cary suggests serving Pig Chops with mashed or baked potatoes, peas or cream style corn. Yields 3 to 4 servings depending on appetite!
