BEEF TIPS | |
1 lb. stewing beef, cut if pieces are lg. 1 onion 1 can beef consumme (Campbell's) 1/2 c. red wine 1/2 c. flour Beef in casserole. Onion on top. Soup on top of onion. Wine on top of soup. Flour on top of wine. Mix gently (no salt). Cover. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Serves 4. |
