BEEF TIPS | |
4 tbsp. butter 2 lb. lean beef, cubed 1 tbsp. flour Pepper to taste 1 can beef bouillon 1/2 lb. onion, chopped Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove from skillet. Reserve juice. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and saute onions. Remove from skillet. Add flour to beef bouillon, making a paste and stir into skillet over low heat until brown. Add beef and onions. Cover and simmer 2 hours. |
