BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. sirloin or beef chuck (stew beef)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton beef mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms and liquid
1 c. water
Onions, if desired

Grease casserole. Place beef cubes, can of soup, envelope of soup mix, water, can of mushrooms and liquid of same. Mix all together. Cover casserole. Bake at 250 degrees for 8 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
