1 lg. hamhock 1 lb. box dark brown sugar 1 lg. bottle ketchup 2 or 3 lg. cans Greater Northern beans Cook ham until done. Save broth. Cool meat and cut from bone. Drain a little juice from beans. Add beans, sugar, ketchup and ham together in a casserole dish; add some of the ham broth. Bake at 350 degrees for a couple of hours or until it is as thick as you like. |
