MRS. MICHIGAN MEATBALLS 
(Could call 'em Mrs. Indiana Meatballs if ya' want to.)

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion
1 egg
1/2 c. applesauce

Mix together and form into balls. Put in greased baking dish and pour 1 can of tomato soup over the meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Mushroom soup can be used instead of tomato for a different taste. Mom also told me that the mushroom soup makes excellent gravy so you'd better whip up some potatoes to go along.
