STEPHANIE'S POTATO SALAD 
1 small jar hellmann's mayonnaise
5-6 large eggs
1 small bag white potatoes
1/2 a green apple
1/2 jar spanish olives

Peel potatoes, boil until soft. Hard-boil eggs, chop cooked eggs in 3-4 pieces. Chop each olive in 4 pieces. Peel apple, mince in tiny pieces. Place potatoes in large bowl, mash well. Add mayonnaise to your liking. Add eggs, olives, and the apple bits. If desired, add more mayonnaise to your liking.
