CROWD PLEASIN' POTATOES 
5-7 lbs. potatoes, cut into bite sizes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
Chopped onion
1 can milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes until almost tender. Add onion to taste. Drain.

Mix together the cream of mushroom, Cheddar and nacho soups with the 1 can milk. Pour over hot, drained potatoes. Place in large roaster and cook for another 20-30 minutes. Serves about 15-20 people.
