GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts
1 can flaked coconut
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time; add rest of ingredients in order listed and mix well. Bake in 3 pans at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

PINEAPPLE ICING:

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. canned milk, undiluted
5 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. butter

Cook sugar, milk and egg yolks until thick. Add pineapple, butter and vanilla. Cool before putting on cake.
