HAWAIIAN NUT CAKE OR GRAHAM
CRACKER CAKE
 
1/2 lb. butter
6 eggs
1 lb. box graham crackers
1 c. milk
1 c. walnuts and pecans, mixed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can coconut

Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each. Pour into 3 round cake pans (or sheet pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 lb. butter
1 box powdered sugar

Beat well and spread on cake between layers and on top.
