CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER ICE BOX
CAKE
 
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
16 graham crackers
1 c. whipping cream, chilled
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cocoa. Whip cream until slightly thickened. Add cocoa mixture gradually and vanilla. Whip until stiff. Put some cream mixture on 1 cracker. Stand it on side of plate. Press another to it with mixture on it. Repeat until all crackers are used. Cover top and sides with mixture. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Cut diagonally. Serves 6.
