HASH BROWN SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. grated onions
1 tsp. butter, melted
Season to taste, 1 tsp. salt - pepper

Mix above ingredients. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/2 cube butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees from 1/2 to 1 hour.
