QUICK AND EASY SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
6 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mild Cheddar squeeze cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt

Peel and slice potatoes into thin round pieces. Put into microwavable covered dish and add ingredients and stir to mix up. Place in microwave for 35 minutes or until potatoes are soft. More milk or cheese may be added during cooking for desired cheesiness and thickness.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
