TURKEY DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
6-10 slices cooked turkey
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli, drain. Layer turkey and broccoli in a casserole dish. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Stir in broth and milk. Cook until thick. Stir in cheese, mustard, onion, sherry, and Worcestershire. Taste and add salt and pepper, if desired. Pour over turkey. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
