GRANDMA'S BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. Crisco 2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. nuts Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in sifted dry ingredients until well blended and add nuts. Roll the dough into 1 or 2 rolls and refrigerate until firm, several hours or overnight. Slice and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. |
