SWISS VEGETABLES 
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combo (ex. broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) thawed and drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can Durkee French Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake, covered for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
