GRANDMA'S FROSTED CREAMS 
1 c. Grandma's molasses
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c. hot coffee
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 c. flour

Mix together molasses, eggs, sugar, butter and coffee with mixer. In separate bowl, combine remaining dry ingredients. Then mix flour mixture with liquid mixture and beat. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased 9"x13"x2" pan, 11"x7" cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees until well browned, but not burned on edges. When cool, frost with a butter frosting.

OPTIONAL: Raisins can be added to batter before pouring in pan to bake.
