SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cornflake crumbs or seasoned fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can golden mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water

Combine meat, egg, onion, milk and crumbs. Salt and pepper. Form into 8 patties. Brown in skillet in small amount of oil. Place in baking pan. Cover with soup. Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
