DILLY CUCUMBER PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. fettuccine, cooked
5 oz. spinach OR vegetable pasta, cooked
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 bunch radishes, sliced OR chopped tomato

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Run cold water over pasta after cooking to cool and prevent sticking together. Mix salad ingredients. Make dressing and mix into salad. (May make a day ahead of time. If so, add radishes or tomatoes just before serving.)
