1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water, scant
1 pkg. lemon Jello or lime
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 o.) drained crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Make Jello. Chill until set. Beat with electric mixer until foamy. Add 1 pound container cottage cheese. Beat with electric mixer until well mixed. Fold in pineapple and heavy cream whipped with 1 teaspoon sugar added.
