SNOW ON THE MOUNTAIN SALAD 
2 bunches Romaine
3/4 c. (approx.) mayonnaise
3 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 head cauliflower
4 strips bacon, fried & crumbled
Crumbled bleu cheese, to taste
1/4 c. minced green onion & tops

Clean, wash and dry Romaine lettuce. Chop into small pieces (about 9 cups). Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic salt and lots of pepper. Add to lettuce and toss well. Using only the flowerettes of the cauliflower, grate in food processor or trim from tops down with small knife. Add to shredded cauliflower, crumbled bacon, onion, bleu cheese and toss well and sprinkle over lettuce. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
