SNOW SALAD 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir well to dissolve. Add sugar and vanilla. Whip in sour cream until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip with wire whisk. Pour into oiled mold. Chill until firm. Serve with fruit glaze of your choice.
