SEED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
5 chicken breasts, diced
1/4 c. sesame seed
1/2 c. poppy seed
2 c. chow mein noodles
Sliced almonds (optional)
Dressing (below)

Combine all ingredients in bowl except noodles. Add noodles prior to tossing salad. Pour dressing over salad 30 minutes before serving.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Blend together ingredients for dressing.
