SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Place sliced potatoes in water and boil about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and set to cool. Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour, onion salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened; place a few tablespoons of sauce in bottom of casserole. Then layer potatoes and sauce, ending with sauce. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
