SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. American cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 lg. white potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Pre-boil potatoes until you can easily stick a fork in them. Slice potatoes.

In a bowl mix together the eggs, salt, pepper.

In another bowl mix together the three cheeses.

In a 9x13 inch pan alternate and layer the greased pan with first the sliced potatoes, sliced butter, then the milk and egg mixture. Then sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Continue until all ingredients are used. Bake at 305 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
