CRAB MEAT DIP 
2 (6-7 oz.) cans crab, drain
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 green onions, diced thin
1 stalk celery, diced thin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper

Mix all together and chill. You may vary amounts to your taste. Serve with crackers.
