RICE CHRISTINE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. converted rice
1 can (6 or 8 oz.) chopped mushrooms (drain some juice off)
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth or bouillon
1 can (10 oz.) condensed onion soup

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Put butter in 2 quart casserole and melt in oven. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Mix cover and bake 1 hour until almost all liquid is evaporated. For drier rice, leave uncovered about 10 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
