PIGS IN BLANKETS 
1 can tomato soup
1 c. raw rice
1 onion
Chopped parsley
1 egg
1 head soft cabbage
1/2 lb. pork
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1 garlic
Celery
Salt and pepper

Simmer rice (do not boil). Put cabbage in water on stove and remove before boiling point. Cut thick part of stem of cabbage leaves. Mix meat with egg, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and cooked rice. Use one large spoonful of mixture in each cabbage leaf.

Place 2 or 3 cabbage leaves on bottom of pot to prevent from scorching pigs in blanket. Pour tomato soup, mixed with some water, over the pigs. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
