PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1 lb. lean sausage
1 c. raw rice
Cabbage leaves
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice

1. Mix sausage and rice with hands and shape into 2 inch long pieces.

2. Separate cabbage leaves (tear in half if they're large) and dip in hot water to make them pliable.

3. Wrap cabbage piece around each sausage and rice piece. Place folded side down in a skillet.

4. Pour tomato juice over "pigs in a blanket".

5. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
