1 box devils food cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until thoroughly mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
