1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. zucchini
Dash salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Add flour, salt, cream, cocoa, soda. Scrape bowl; add grated zucchini, chips and nuts. Spread in pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
