SUGAR PLUM BONBONS 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. quick rolled oats, uncooked
1 c. almonds, chopped
Flaked or shredded coconut

Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add cocoa and extract; mix well. Stir in oats and almonds. Chill dough at least 2 hours or until stiff. Break off pieces of dough, roll into balls (about 1 inch). Roll in coconut. Refrigerate.
